唐突だけど、もうすぐアメリカ初の女性副大統領が誕生するから、今日は英語で叫びたい気分(笑)
日本人女性として生まれた私のささやかな夢を。

Indeed I have three dreams.
The first one. I want to see the first female Prime Minister in this country.
The second one. I want to take back my parent's family name, with which I was born with, as my official name. I lost it when I got married.
The last one. I want to see at least 30% of lawmakers, 30% of professionals in management positions and 30% of doctors become female.
For many women in this world, they are not dreams but realty. However, for myself, who was born in Japan as a woman, they are still dreams. The dreams, which we have no idea when will be realized.
We will see America's first female Vice President very soon. Let her welcome with lots of hopes and wishes!
私には夢がある。
１つではない、３つの夢。
第一。この国初の女性首相が見たい。
第二。生まれた時から使っている親の姓を自分の正式な名前に戻したい。結婚した際に失ったから。
第三。国会議員の30%、管理職の30%、医者の30%が女性になるのを見たい。
この世界の多くの女性にとって、これらはもう夢ではなくて現実である。でも、日本に女性として生まれた私にとっては、まだ夢である。いつ実現するのかわからない夢。
もうすぐアメリカ合衆国初の女性副大統領が誕生する。たくさんの夢と希望を持って歓迎したい。
